Hi

We have been in our apartment for nearly 2 weeks now and everything has been great but tonight we lost power to our apartment?

Its just appears to be block 21, although the communal areas have power?

We tried to phone Endesa but they have no English speaking people working outside office hours and can't help us????

Oh well, I will try and phone in the morning

Then the loud dance music starts, I do feel sorry for the residents in the same block, cos its really loud over here

How can you find out how much you owe for IBI? My bill is probably sat in the guard office and as I won't be visiting Duquesa until October I need to try and sort this now.
