 Just had notice of this EGM =  just a few days after I've booked a flight  to be there December !!!  I do wish we had more notice.

I  want to do a proxy  - in particular action on those who have not paid their community fees.

For the last EMG I sent mailed my proxy form to AEA (as instructed) and that  proxy  was not used.  There was no record of it in the minutes. 

So this time -  I will want to send my proxy directly to someone who is sure  they are attending.  

Please let me know if you are certain to attend and you feel strongly about taking  action on collecting the outstanding community charges.

Just returned from DV last Friday and no one at AEA said anything about and EGM and have now received the notice. Very frustrating.

Can anyone take my proxy as well
