 Ive never heard of this resort??? lol  Can you please tell me more....eg

how many buildings on it, how many bars / restaurants, build quality etc......any info as much as possible please

Can't help too much but can tell you that La Tercia is very near to La Torre.  A couple of miles towards Balsicas on the opposite side of the road.  The resort is much smaller than La Torre, but again this time of year it's like a ghost town, and is approx 20 mins to nearest beach - Los Alcazares.  Most of the resorts in this area are at least half empty (or some are only half built), especially out of season

La Tercia (UGR La Tercia) is about 5 km off the3319 from  Roldan Balsicas turn-off - about a couple of kilometres from Sierra Golf.   It is about 20 minutes from Los Alcazares - and the same from Murcia Airport and it will be some 15 minutes or so from the new airport at Corvera,  UGR La Tercia was supposed to be part of a 4 resort golf trail but like other developments in the area it has suffered due to the economic downturn in Spain.

the local Village is some 2 km away and has a couple of bars and a couple of supermarkets - but the local towns of Balsicas and Roldan also have larger supermarkets.  There is a Clubhouse, a 9 hole golf course that is very popular designed by Pepe Gancedo.  Build quality is quite good and there is a choice of 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom apartments.  There is a superb commercial centre................but unfortunately the shops are not populated.  There are many local restaurants and bars a short drive from the resort.  There are about 10 fabulous swimming pools and great gardens and an active resident community with many social functions.

I understand that there is nothing currently available from the developer but there are numerous resales.

It's a great place - with a great community.
