Yes only charged 60 € and a really pleasant guy. I'm now looking for a painter for the outside as I dont think it's going to happen with the community for a while.

Thanks Henry , that really would be a improvement on the eye.If you drive up to Sierra golf it's all lemon tree orchards all neatly fenced in. Fingers crossed that would look great .
