Hi everyone,

We returned yesterday from a wonderful few days in Las Siete Casas and have now uploaded the latest pictures for you which we took on Saturday (they can be found under Saturdays's date 24th March).

As you can see it is now all coming along very well and is looking very good with the rendering now on a good number of them. The picture of the two are, we think, nos 140 & 141 but we're not completely sure.

The pavements have now all been completed as well.

Although it was rather windy and not as warm as when we were there in February when we first got there, after a couple of days it warmed up and on Saturday afternoon the temperature reached 33 degrees on our roof terrace!

With regard to the resales there are now about four or five for sale, however I think we should all bear in mind that the property market is slowing down in Spain, one of these has been up for sale since at least last June and just like here you can ask what you like, it is what you sell it for that counts (not that we are trying to put a dampener on this!).

Finally with regard to the meet up Manchester would be fine by us but it might be a bit far from Maghull.

Hi Pete & Val,

Thank you for the latest photos, like you say  - looking good.  Also many thanks for sending us the information regarding grills etc, we have kept the number to use eventually.

We are keen to meet everyone too.  Perhaps my suggestion of Manchester is a little out of the way for Brian in Maghull (geography was never my strong point!!).  We are able to travel - so open to any other venues.

Thanks for the photos Pete & Val, especially photo 4. This is a really good view of the phase and shows ours at the end (not rendered yet - but hey, getting there).

Do you think they will be completed ahead of time?

As for the meet up, not a problem for us getting to Manchester area. It is about 30 minutes travel. Most people seem to lve in that area so easier for us. So we just need a venue and date - any ideas?
