Hi all,
Hope you don't mind me replying on this thread having already completed last year. Just to let you know that we were getting nowhere as well then but got to a point when we told our agent (Atlas) that unless we completed late June/early July we would be unable to complete until September as I would be unable to get time off work.
Surprisingly we got a phone call back within a couple of days asking when we would like to go out and they gave us a date about 10 days after the phone call. It may be that if you push them the same will happen for you as I'm sure the builder will not want to wait until September for their money.
With regard to snagging, we had to do our own. Atlas took us up to the property on the day of completion for a quick look around but we then had to go back on our own to do the snagging list. As Atlas and Iberia seem to be linked I think this may be the same with them also.
Completion day is a bit of a whirl with trips to the property, bank, solicitors, insurance company and furniture shop so be prepared!
Hope you all get moved in quickly, we are out from 6th September so may see you then Ellen & Jim.
