Grouting repairs to outside tiles

Hi,

we're out at Condado at the moment and are looking to fill in a few gaps in the grouting between the tiles on the steps leading up to the sun terrace. I'm sure if we ignore it, there'll ultimately be water getting through to the apartment.

Has anyone else tackled this themselves ? If so, what materials have you used please ? What would we ask for at, say, the Ferreteria at Camposol A ?

We're not going to rely on Polaris, it could take months, if they respond at all.  So we've decided to deal with it ourselves.

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

I've done some of mine and will be finishing the rest later this month (unless the golf beckons strongly....)

I bought strong waterproof grout at the Camposol ferreteria last time - v reasonable too. Just don't clear them out of it all before I get there on 29/10)!!

You should ask for the grout (lechada) they use for swimming pools (piscina). Hope this helps,
