 Thank you everyone that has commented and sent PM's. Just waiting at the moment for the contract to be signed ( Which is in our lawyers hands at the moment) etc and then it will be busy, busy, busy!  We love the way that Condado has moved on since we bought our apartment a couple of years ago and can't wait to add our little bit to the great places that are already set up and doing well. We don't want to be seen as competition to anyone, just a nice addition to a wonderful variety of places to visit when in Al Kasar!  We are really looking forward to meeting you all very soon!   :-)        Yvonne.

Wow!  Congratulations - american style diner sounds fabulous!  We will most definitely support you when we are over.  There's nothing wrong with a bit of competition - stops people becoming complacent and gets everyone to keep doing the best they can!  Can't wait to get over and see the new units that have opened since we were there in the summer.

 Hi. We are not sure of an opening date yet, we have only just got the contract done so there is a lot of building work and stuff to do yet.  Hopfully won't be too long! :-)

Congratulations, we visit about 6 times a year and always support our local businesses. I'm veggie so will you have some dishes suitable for me but my hubby isn't and loves ribs. I'm sure you will offer a good selection on the menu so good luck for the future.
