You will also need broadband in the apartment 1mb will do for normal calls. Download Skype on your device, when hooked up to broadband and you can follow the instructions from Skype. Just make sure youu have disabled 3G roaming before you activate the Skype client otherwise there is a risk you can "drift off" the wifi and start racking up high data charges. 0 Like Spam post or Abuse?
