Does anyone on site have any idea if/when PW intends to move all of their cement works/ portacabin crap off OUR resort? Is anyone able to put this to Mileniun to see if they can answer it? If PW don't own the land there then are they paying the resort a rental fee? It's an eyesore and such a blot on the landscape.

The land you refer too is owned by IRM the consortium of Banks.

Unfortunately we have no control or say about this?

I suspect it may well come back into use if Paramount Park actually happens. Either to support building on the Park or because something happens on some of the ex Polaris land- any contractor would be able to rent it all from IRM and although I'd expect construction companies to set up their own on site it wouldn't mean that companies doing ancilliary work like roads or maintenance building wouldn't rather have something temporary.  It could easily be that 5km isnt considered too far to transport concrete etc.

Whilst PW has had to 'give' back land to the banks I also wouldn't be surprised if they are able to arrange a return of parcels of land to them for future projects. I had read that they had bid to be part of the construction of the Park and so they may move some that equipment or use it in situ if they got those contracts.

Hasn't there been something posted elsewhere about having the rough land  in various places on the resort screened to present a better image- maybe some very large and dense folliage could at least conceal more of the building works from the road  though not from the Isla.
