Maria,

I think you're suggesting owners who have purchased from Polaris may be entitled to compensation from them as too high a price has been paid as they indicated facilities would be provided that have not materialised. Is this correct and, if so, what action should people take?

Hi Maria

I think this is an interesting post because it opens up a chance for a lot of people to pursue PW for some money which in many cases will help them keep their property on Condado. I. along with many others would be very interested in how we can move forward with this together with what would be involved both in what we need to do as well as the costs.

I am aware that this seems too good to be true but would welcome your advise so we can all make our own decision if we can acheive something from PW.

Your help and advise as always is appreciated.
