Naranjos J 7

Hi all, I trying to locate all Naranjos J7 eos members, Has anyone put themselves forward for our Garden ? I have forms to complete and would be happy to send to make our vote count I understand that these forms need to be in place before 15.05.09, Is this correct?

Rita is the nominee for Naranjos garden 7,  she is an owner in apartment N548, proxy forms for her are being collect by Terry & Jill

Forms will have to be with the proxy holder by Friday at the latest to give them time to print them off prior to Saturday's meeting.

Hi Owners,

Terry has just informed me that he has received your proxy forms but you have put the wrong names on them.

Rita Howell is standing for Naranjos Jardine, but cannot make the meeting so Terry is collecting her proxy forms.

So on the form put TERRANCE POSSEHL N231 not Rita and send to jillandterry@condadodealhamaservices.com
Can you please resend the forms, they will have to be with the Terry by 10pm tonight ( Spanish time ) at the latest to give them time to print them off prior to Saturday's meeting.

I would just like to say thank you to Phil, "ptan", for all the work he put into getting our proxy votes sorted for the meeting last week.

Congratulations to Snr. Toves who is president in our jardin and we have yet to meet, also congrats to Rita, who is our Vice, Mel who is our level 2 President and of course congratulations to Sergio, Vice president 1 and Terry Vice president 2
