2012 AGM

I'd like to thank Vincent for his letter, (forwarded via Lynda-Balsicas President) regarding proxy voting for the AGM. A very valid point and I agree its very important for us all to get our votes in.

I have responded to Lynda with a few questions:

Proposal 2, to change the lock on the pool gate option 1…   500€ for the lock plus installation and 8€ for each key.

Do we know the cost for installation? If not this isn’t really a true quotation.

Proposal 3. To only provide entrance to the pool for those owners etc who are up to date with their community payments.

At what point are owners not up to date, (especially if the proposal 1 (fees to be paid in full February) is not upheld). Personally we pay by ddm but if someone pays into the bank and they are a week or two late it seems a little petty to stop their access to the pool.

Also, with proxy votes, are we allowed one or two per household? If we were actually at the meeting I believe we would have a vote each as joint owners.

You have obviously seen the agenda for the AGM. Can you tell me please who sends this out.

Before receiving Vincents letter and reading your post on here,we knew nothing of the proposal to heat and cover 

the pool or anything about barring debtors from using the pool.

we are on Lynda`s mailing list , we receive "newsletters" but we have never had any communication regarding the AGM agenda or how proxy voting works.

 I received my email from Barbara Gomez at "barbara@mileniun-levante.es" (the Adminstrarors) The "balsicas" email is the one used by the elected community council, you may not necessarily be on either of their contact list's. Just pop them both an email and ask them ensure you are aded to their list and get future emails.  Lyndia's is her own personal email.

i have contacted Barbara and she has confirmed that which ever way you vote it is 1 per house.
