Non residence tax

Can anyone tell me if you can pay this by direct debit from your bank in Spain? If so what is the procedure?

          On last visit paid Tax in the Town Hal Office on Al Kasar.Was given a form to either email to adress  or to leave in person on next visit.

The chap I dealt with spoke good English.

You will need to produce your Passport and a Utility Bill.

 correct me if i am wrong , but i don't think you can pay non residents tax at council office at al kasar , that is your local council taxes , the non residents tax is seperate and is also based on your valor cadastral , it is paid atmain tax offices or at your bank if they will accept the forms , or you can just use a 3rd party company such as spanish tax forms
