Renting property

Hi everyone,

We've been reading all this with great concern and feeling very scared now to be honest about what state the complex might be in on final completion!

Does anyone know what happens to your initial deposit if you pull out? We feel we have waited far too long now and to be honest are losing interest!

We agree with you.  We too would love to pull out of this disaster.  I dont suppose its possible though.

Have a look at the article posted on Eye on Spain entitled 'Licence of First Occupation and Completion' if you are thinking of pulling out.

My reading is that you can get your money back + compensation??? if the developer fails to deliver the site on time  with FOL.
