Just back from 2 weeks on Condado and the place is looking good and really buzzing. A few concerns on behaviours that I'm not going to dwell on because they're far outweighed by the positives (although one does wonder - same the world over though!). Main negative - I'm back in the UK. Upside - back over to Condado on 20th Aug for a week !
