Mejzai10, dont get too excited about the urbanization of Al Katraz every getting finished. This reads to me that it was a lifeline to keep Polaris trading a little longer.

Dont pin your hopes on Polaris returning to Condado, I would be amazed if that every happened.

This news fits in with what Olagolf have told us. Consequently, I hope that under the terms given RMI now own the land earmarked for the original permanent clubhouse.  This is why work has not started on the promised temporary clubhouse, as this would have cost 400000 euros which could be used for the permanent version.

Possibly Al Kasar also as PW need to concentrate on their core operation of building, not retail. But RMI's record on renting out space doesn't look good either (re sports zone)

When I visited PW head office in early May the only sales bumff / info had all the resorts listing excluding CDA. I picked up a copy to scan and upload but left in apartment. Are PW trying to tell us something????
