YOGA with Lesley

Want to learn how to relax, reduce tension, tone your body, increase flexibility and strengthen limbs then Yoga is for you.

I have been practising Yoga for over 10 years and I am certified as a professional  Yoga teacher with Zenways Yoga UK which is affiliated to the Yoga Alliance.

Monday and Friday mornings – 10:00 to 11:30

At the squash courts in the sports area by Jardine 7.

Only €5 per session

Lessons are open to all.

Why not come along and see what it's like.  Wear loose comfortable clothing, Yoga mats are provided.
