New Photos

Hi All

Pam & I where in CDP last week ( 23 degrees ), uploaded some photos for everyone to see. Make your own mind up of what the site is like now from these, I think if you have not been for a while you will get a shock. Yes Jo & Jim looks like trouble follows me around but they are getting to me a little, I think the photos back us up 100%.

Looks very nice now everything has gone,are the new shops and resteraunts to be built on the house side or the main road side of the big car park and when or have these been put on hold for now?

We had asked patricia the same question, the plans are still in place for the shops to be built on the inside by the front houses. When they will start to build on there she could not answer, I think they have enough on there plate finishing off the site. As I have said we were there last week & as you can see from the photos the place looks great now, they still have the fence up on the last two phases but I think that is because the 2 swimming pools are still incomplete. There is a new shop opened in SJ sells everything & we found the prices seem to be dropping in the big supermarkets in Aguilas. Are you still waiting to sign or have you signed or are you pulling out.
