anybody have any idea what the weather is like paddys weekend in almerimar , when does it start to get busy , have been a couple of times this year so far and hardly a sinner around ,

No idea on the weather Kate. I know what you mean about quiet - in Feb last year it was dead!  Planning to get over in May and hoping there are some live people around.....

I know that there are thousands of apartments around the area , just amazed its so quiet , am going out there mid march so will be intresting to see if it is any busier , I like the peace and quiet but like to see some life around , I believe that beside laguna beach there is an area zoned for a hotel , is that still the case

Kate - we like peace and quiet too but are amazed at Almerimar! No matter when we go, it's quiet - loads of empty shops and commercial units yet many apartment developments and nearly 1,000 boats in the marina! Rather have it quiet than wild and crazy tho. I heard that the site between the beach and block 1 end of LB is zoned for a hotel but no news on development there yet. There are plans for another hotel further along the beachside road in the direction of Guardias Viejas.
