All,

Does anybody have any information on the proposed development which was the "Old camp site". Can't track down web site or anything.

Any info would be appreciated!!

Just returned - saw a portacabin type sales office for "blauverd" at the side of the temporary road beside the old camp site. Was told by Alm. residents that blauverd are selling off plan apts. there at present.

An Eroski supermarket is to be built on the other side of the provisional road opposite the new development.

Many thanks, was out all last week and visited blauverd site. Went into the offices and got hold of the provisional plans for the front line development on the old camp site. The penthouses look really good but the prices, due to be released in a couple of weeks will prob be around the 400,000 euros. Nice !! Completion due around 2010.

hi , it seems some of you have been out in laguna beach already  am due out soon , how is the development looking , are there any new photos am dying to see some , good news about the prices on the new development , cant wait to get out and have a look , by the way whats the weather like out there at the moment
