buying an apartment in the brisas del mar formentera del segura

We are coming over next week to view brisas del mar apartments and hopefully buy all being well . Would like any advice i.e furniture packages, community fees or anything you guys think i may be interested in........................ many thanks

Hello, the best advice I can give you is buy your own furniture as the packages are rubbish, and be careful when buying as everyone will try to get a slice of your money.

the community fees are dependant on the size of the appartment mine is 264 euros every 6 months for a 2 bed plus garage.

you will need insurance on the building.

water and electric, suma, are also bills you will recieve.

they are selling 2 bed appartments now for 55000 euros, becareful of paying more.
