The administrator for holding the "cedula de habitabilidad" for Mojon Hills Resort is "Juan Clemente Asesores". tel: 34 968 33 21 95

They hold the cedula de habitabilidad  or  "habitation certificate" which is what you  need to contract the electricity and water.

Clemente Asesores shouldn't have communicated the fact that electricity and water could be contracted yet, however this information did not come from Atlantia and I cannot respond for the doings of another company.

I have been told the situation should be resolved within the next 15 days.

Can you please clarify which Phase you are discussing here? We are making arrangements to come over to take over our Phase 2 apartment shortly, but won't be doing so unless the services are available...............
