A big day for sport!
The British and Irish Lions beat Australia in Sydney to claim the series. Rugby Union.
England and India played out a draw at Old Trafford. Cricket.

And, England beat Spain on penalties to claim the European Women's UEFA Title. Football.

I was a bit divided. I'm British, but I've lived in Spain for 17 years and am in the process of applying for Spanish nationality.
In reality, I couldn't lose. Whichever team won, I was going to be a happy fan!

The scor
e was 1-1 after 90 minutes. After extra time, another 30 minutes, it was still 1-1. Penalties.
England had won two earlier matches on penalties, and they did it again 3-1.
