Security

Hi

I thought I'd raise this topic again, when I was over at New Year I remember, being asked once what number is my apartment?!

I could have said any number and it wouldn't have mattered! 

Now we have a new management company can anyone say what  the plans are for 'stepping up' security? With the Al Kasar being openned up to the public is there a solution for a better security system?

Just back after 10 days at Condado. Regarding security, the number plate recognition was not working at any time over the ten days. However, every time we wanted back into the complex we were asked for our name, apartment number and identity. This was then written down. Thought the first few times that this was very good security wise, but must admit after ten days it  got a bit much especially if we went out twice a day. However at least it showed that they were checking, and hopefully if they get the number plate recognition working that will cut down on being asked every time.

Ham & I were over for ten days too. returned home Thursday

We were stopped  when going through the south gate on the day of our arrival but were often jut waved throgh after that

However we did  use the gate nearest to the Foro quite a lot and were  always asked for Jardin & apartment  number.

We were asked on a couple of occasions if we were owner or renter & on two occaions during the evening were also asked for our pasports.

Which impressed us greatly.

Hopefully this type of security wil follow through on all gates.

Every time we were stopped our details were written down too.
