Taxes

Apologies if I am going over old ground here but can anyone tell me what taxes I am liable for as an owner on Condado de Alhama?

I have heard mention of an IBI tax, is this the only tax I am liable for?  How do you find out what you owe and how do you pay it?

IBI is the equivalent to our Council Tax

You also need to pay a non-residents tax, even if you are not renting out your property.  This one is paid to the spanish tax authority.  We used SpanishTaxFormsLtd (check out the web) for this, and I highly recommend.  Much cheaper and easier than going through a spanish solicitor

 Thanks very much for that.  I think i'll call the Solicitor we used for the purchase to find out how to start paying IBI.
