MINUTES OF COMMITTEE MEETING
21st NOVEMBER 2009

PRESENT:     Bo, Gino, Alex, Mick, Cherry

1)    Bo informed the Committee that since the last Committee     Meeting he has had no further update to report since being     informed by the proposed new Administrators to make El Pinet     ‘legal’ three UNITS should be created.
 

Did  anyone ask or does anyone know  why it is neccessary to make El Pinet into three units ?

Hi all,

I was in favour of a new administrator for the El Pinet Residence as it needed a legal setup. But, I can't see why we needed it split into 3 area's!

Why wasn't a proper vote set up and a proxy vote for those who couldn't be present?

I am not pleased that money is still be paid for large water and electric bills. Also it is being paid out of the community account!! Again who voted on this?

If we have this administor unchecked by anybody we will have another large bill along with the utillities!!
