Building looked finished when we were there in October. Anybody know what the plans are?

Building still looks almost finished!!! but still stood empty, nobody seems to know what is happening

All sorts of rumours fly around, I know, but I heard that, although it is finished, it will cost Peraleja about £100k per annum in some kind of local tax once it formally opens. Can anyone else shed any light on this?

Like most other local commercial centres they are finished but there are no takers because of the start up and fitting costs in Spain
