I have been onsite today and I have again found that the condition of a completed swiming pool is poor because where it has been left standing algae has developed in the grouting
The solution is to empty the pool, acid wash and then re-grout where needed which the builder is OK to do this work and agrees
Please however make sure that you do not pay the cost of refilling the pool with water if they use your metered supply
