i have yet been unable to complete on my property as i am struggling to raise the finance i have not heard at all from the developer and i am worried that i couild lose it would you know by any chance what the current stance of the developer is .Did you manage to get a mortgage and who did you use ?I am also looking at the opportunity of paying cash and go in with one of my friends and i wanted to know if a community has been set up and get an idea of maintenance and running costs.can you help me please.
