Having read the recent threads I can conclude that the issue of OVP insolvency may have disapeared for now. However those still trying to complete are blocked by the Spanish legal system in relation to the recent Codelsa corruption arrests. I am part of a growing group of former buyers who are taking legal action aimed at retrieving the full deposits paid. I have managed to complete now on Los Corales with the help of a fantastic lawyer who has set up my mortgage and everything for me and also cut the cost of the completion fees.

If you would like any help at all in regards to completing, air conditioning, furniture packs, please contact me as I will help you as much as I can as I know it is hard and daunting and not knowing which way to turn.

After experiencing alot of problems, I have now set up a key management, cleaning and laundry business UK based with reliable staff in Spain, so I can also help you with that as I have found there is not alot people you can trust. I can arrange meetings with you in the Uk or Spain.
