Well they may or may not be. It depends on what happens in court next week,.They may well be able to sort it out. It is not final yet and as I said on the post that was removed they have a chance to ensure that the winding-up petition does not turn-into a Winding-up order.

However it is worth bearing in mind that although HMRC are ruthless when it comes to non payment of VAT or PAYE/NI, its highly unlikely that this came about from one late payment, and a winding up petition would always be the last resort when all else fails.

In this situation its always better to take advice from your solicitor, rather than worry about what may or may not happen.  I'm sure there are steps that can be taken, even if its only getting yourself recognised as a creditor of the company if you are owed money.

Hi Wilma

Thanks for the update. I am was only reading what the court had on their website this morning. Well I am pleased to hear that then as the company must have dealt with the issue.

Thank-you

Joey
