Restaurant Recommendation

Hi All,

I have spent the afternoon at a local restaurant partaking in their excellent value-for-money menu del dia, a little wine (hic!) and the excellence of their attentive staff and hosts.

This restaurant and it's extremely welcoming hosts will be no stranger to many Thalassians, but (I am ashamed to admit) was a completely new experience for me.

Dining out can be a little "hit-and-miss", but this local hostelry scores a bulls-eye in my opinion!

Good Food, Good Wine, Good Hosts.......and Good Heavens! Did we really drink that many brandies?

So I would like to take this opportunity to thank Carmen and Steve of  El Balconcito for making both myself and my guest feel most welcome, and I look forward to our next visit in the near future.

Hi Lorraine

I've been down there myself once or twice for a couple of sherberts and some tapas . It's a bit of a haul for us up at Resort (but much easier wit the open road), especially now we have our own hostelries within walking distance .

I for one feel the whole area is starting to look up.
