Hurrah, the bank Caja Sur have taken over Catala Mar's unsold properties and has started to pay community charge for them. There's still not enough money to pay off the debts AND reduce the community charge but maybe next year... The community lawyer is also chasing individuals who have not paid their community charges, there was a list with the notice of the AGM from the administrator adjsantossl@telefonica.net.
Ramon Pantojoa remains president which I'm really pleased about because he cares about it being a nice place to live.
Other stuff from the AGM: local planning law progibits individual satellite dish wires visible down the front of the house. There's also a community rule that prevents washing being seen in the gardens (one holiday short draped it on the fences which was yukky!).
Some people are concreting over their gardens to prevent a jungle growing.
