TAPAS RECOMMENDATIONS

The administrator told me the next community meeting of owners is 15 April at 6pm. (Didn't say where. Albayat last time. On the padel tennis court the time before that). The current president may want to stand down but there's no one to replace her. The community has put in communal Spanish satellite but not English even though we all pay the same. Please complain. Or there will be individual dishes on every house that that will look terrible. Most of the gate locks on the development are disintegrating. The children's pools are unsafe because they have no steps. There are drainage problems around the pools.

If you don't get a notification, chase the administrator!

NOT! When I asked the administrator for the place he told me that is had now been cancelled as lawyers need to be at the meeting. In fact he said: "It is not possible to realize for that a few attorneys are going to represent and is a day not podia to represent I will warn you with time" I think I get the gist. Suspicious! And a pain because our friends won't be there.

I am anxious because lawyers need to be there.  That usually means trouble. But have just heard the agenda for the rescheduled meeting is about to go out so maybe I'll know more then.

Hope you all get on okay dealing with the insurance company. I think we are basically in the same boat except you can now go direct to insurance company but we still have to go through our developer.

Labaro are in administration,  thank god complex is complet and country club is run by Albyat...

Labaro have creditors on there back and due to credit crisis in US banks are calling in loans,  we just need them to pay outstanding community fees for apts they own,  fingers crossed all will be ok. 

All my faults have been fixed an no probs in last year....

Do you know is your PH2 flats have sold ?? - i look right on them from my apt, they look nice,  very small inside, had a good nose while there being built,  also any news on shops,  i really hoped they would be all occupied by now, sadly it looks a sorry state...so much for English super market...
