does anybody know were to get your ibi receipt , solicitor needs it to calculate my council tax for next year, my non resident tax bill comes to 11.85 each plus 150 euro to the solicitor to fill in the forms, needs to be paid by end of december

you need to go to your local 'Servicio de Gestion Tributaria'. We went earlier in the year and got a duplicate copy (I have no idea where the original goes each year as we never receive one). Can your solicitor do this for you?
