In addition to not being able to read, also suffers loss of memory when considered convenient.

Finally To The MUG and The little side kick,

It is understandable that you're both bitter because of not being able to recover your money but there are many other people in the same position as yourselves who are accepting the situation they are in .Hopefully they have all taken good legal advice depending on what their position is and hopefully they will have a positive result.

It is pointless taking your anger out on somebody who has been lucky enough to get his money back. As i've said i am happy to give advice to anybody having problems with a bank guarantee. I know the  proceedure required having followed the various stages my lawyer went through.  However i would imagine all those with BG's have now been repaid or are very near to the execution stage(the final stage).

HiBlaggy I hope this is directed at taxiparrot as he is the only one being unhelpful and being very economical with the truth . As I am sure you are aware I have passed info to you often both on the forum and by PM.  Taxiparrots attitude makes others think twice about sharing what they know on the forum a shame but true .He is the first  get his deposit back to refuse to share info that could help others sad but true   .Blaggy I I have some news if you want it PM me .I am not putting anything on here anymore .Taxiparrot has benefited from advice on many occasions now refuses to help others .He is a very  sick parrot in my opinion . I know that disagreements will occur that is normal, but this thread has just become a slanging match with each post becoming more and more insulting, let them go somewhere else to vent their venom and leave this site to the lots of lovely people who give constructive advice and criticism.

Hi 1962 I completely agree most info is now is passed  by PM as no one wishes to post on this forum anymore .I for instance have received and replied to 23 PMs today

Parrot divulged something I had told him in a PM of course he was using another name I was not aware it was him and the next thing you know the info is used against you out of context on the forum . Not the first time !

Been away for a while, tried to catch up with things but no use, slanging matches as usual. shame really. Where are SARC?

Whats happening? They have gone a bit quiet. Why is Blaggy so upset? 

Some friends of mine have just received their deposit back, but they did have a bank guarantee. Good for them, funnily enough, it was me who insisted that they don't pay their deposit until they got one!! Simply because I paid my deposit a year before on the understanding I would receive a guarantee soon....never did arrive.

Oh well good to be back, I think!!
