Free at last - refund as island has no planning permission

Thanks for the update Jan -Stu and I agree that these phases will not be built. Our Plot number is 2760A  so  was wondering what yours was and yours as well SMIVS. Because of the changes with the phases I dont know what phase we were originally in before they called it Phase2 now. Can you help? Cheers

To be honest I've lost the plot as to what phase I have been I've moved that many times!!!  I was on the the original plans for Condado god knows what plot number I was then that got pulled so I opted for Terrazas and was originally on the old phase 3 which was the first phase on Terrazas to be Cancelled.  I then moved to phase 2, the new phase two which I think was the old phase 5 but I could be wrong......  I am now in plot 2750G unless something happens to that one..... but hey my glass is still half full...... !!!!  what's the worse that can happen ?????    Don't answer that if you are not a positive person please....   lol

We have plot 2760E, ground floor in the middle. We are on the new Phase 2 which is what it was for us from the start but we have brochures with it being Phase 5. The delay suits us too, to be honest although we would find the rest from somewhere if we could have it today!! Our glasses are always half full, wouldn't advise anyone to buy in Spain with other ideas!! You have to be daft to expect the Spanish to change their way of doing things for anyone - we Brits don't!

Looking forward to a full glass or cerveza with you all in the not too distant future.

For those with the half full glasses, it will probably be worth the wait. We completed on Polaris Mar Menor 2 last month, a year later than expected.We are very pleased with the development, although internally we feel Polaris has cut corners,We will need to rent the apartment out a bit............ getting a mortgage was tough but not impossible.......... best to go with the developer's bank. If that is Bancaja, I cannot recommend them highly enough but they do like their paperwork. I also cannot recommend our spanish lawyers highly enough......... and they know Polaris well as well as the bank.
