Phase 1 completion dates

Just received the completion documentation from Polaris proposing a completion date of 23 February, which we can't do for a number of reasons.  Just wondered when everyone else will be completing.  We are in block 17.

Haven't heard yet but as we are Block 19 I think we are in the next group. We are going out next week so hope to get some photos and more information

Have just read on another forum that Habitation Licenses for the next phase of blocks have been granted and there are proposed completions from 12th March

I confirm that PW are sending e-mails just to agree the date for signing the contract. In my case, block 18, they proposed 9th March. However, as I agreed with them, I will not fix the date till I receive by mail the habitation licence.

Have just received email from my solicitor with copy of Habitation License. Completion date to be arranged as soon as possible.
