We are down in Roda at the moment and the supermarkets are mostly closed since 2.30 today until Saturday but I think that they are all open on Saturday but perhaps closing earlier than usual in the evening.
The Mini Market is open on site every day and over Easter weekend, which would cater for the basics and it is over beside the old Clubhouse building. They sell milk, bread, spreads, cereals, tea, preserves, bacon, eggs etc etc so you will have the basics.
Semana Santa ends on Monday and shops may be closed on Monday as well I think but Eroski in Dos Mares which is a large supermarket is open every day although it is really thronged at the weekends when everywhere else is closed. All of the restaurants are open and the Clubhouse is very busy with a lot of people here for the holidays.
