Hello!
Having searched through EOS for the answers and come up blank, we were hoping some kind person would shed some light on some questions on the NIE form.
We are planning to purchase a property in Spain to retire to, so duly downloaded both the form and the english equivalent from the web and all was going well until we reached the following:
1) DATOS PERSONALES DEL EXTRANJERO
Domincilio en Espana, en el pais de origen o de residencia legal (which translates to your full address - where you are resident)
Problem is we are still resident in the UK - so what address should we fill in?
4) DATOS DEL REPRESENTANTE LEGAL DEL SOLICITANTE, EN LOS CASOS DE EXCEPTUACION DE LA OBLIGACION DE PRESENTACION PERSONAL DE LA SOLICITUD D/D. (translates to full name of representative in spain)
DNI/NIE - do we have to fill in our solicitors DNI/NIE number?
Titul en base al cuai se ostenta la representacion: - which translates to what?
5) DOMICILIO A EFFECTOS DE NOTIFICACIONES (which translates to full address in spain for notifcation purposes) - which address would this be?
So sorry to bother everyone about this, but have tried to telephone the spanish consulate in the UK with no success as I must be calling when they are too busy to answer the telephone.
