Internet in apartments?

Hi! I just received an answer from the call centre at Condado in which they tell me that they do not have a date for the installations of phones/internet in our apartments. The only place where this is available at the moment is at the Pino´s Bar ("The surgery").

Has anyone else received any information recently about when these services will be ready? Or why it takes so long?

i have heard in summer it would work but it is expensive

in Mazarron i went to the Vodafone shop and you can by USB modem with 150MB on it for 59 € modem included

If there are MB on it will last for 9 monts,you can recharge for 39 € you have 400MB,59€ you have 1GB

if you take the internet in Polaris it is 52 € a month ,for a year it is 32€ a month

if you just surf and e mail on a normal way for 3 ours and download your anti virus and some photos you use up around 30 MB

I go to Condado back in June and try this out

If sombody else before want to try please let us know

The last i heard from PW was May for telephone and Internet ( feb 20th owners meeting ) but i have no confidence in this date after all the lies about TV.

Incidently i am posting this from my apartment using the Vodaphone pay and go dongle 1GB for 60€ it is valid 3 months only it works ok but only in 2G mode which is slow but ok for e-mail and occasional browsing it works in 3G in Camposol and is quite fast.

Anyway it gives me some communications from the comfort of my own home.

If i get large files etc i use the internet cafes to download.

I believe there are others here who are using Orange but cant comment on that one.
