thast the beauty of buying now-except for the exchange rate-you can get something 35% off.and remember if someone bought and hedged the euros at 1.45(my mate did jammy git)  then you have made a minimum 30,000 euros on the exchange rate.so 120,000 minus 30,000 is 90,000 and it will cost him 1.05 euros to buy= ££85k plus.so he is paying exactly the same price effectively.do the maths.

Hi George

I just feel sory for the poor people who have to sell through no fault of their own.

Remember......... they have had to pay for searches and Solicitors fees etc,.

If your friend buys from Polaris........ then I wish him all the best and hopes that he gets a good bargain!!

what price is your mate offering for a 3 bed, fully furnished?

It is all very well to feel sorry for the unfortunate people U mention, but if they need 2 sell, then it is lucky some1 is ready and willing to buy, because the longer they don't sell surely the more debt etc those people are getting into. And won't they eventually get repossesed and be back on the market at the banks gain?

So sounds callus to try and cash in from unfortunate people both both parties stand to gain.
