Club House for golf

Hi

Can anyone let us know if the bit of waste land between Los Naranjos Jardines 6 & 7 will be the site for the clubhouse, when they build it. If not, where will it be put and what will go on this piece of land. I have heard different stories so wondered if anyone knew for definate.

Phil, the wasteland between Jardins 6-7 will be landscaped, supposed to be a park area, as for club house that will be in front of that area between that gap in the penthouses projecting out onto the lake.

Just hope they do not drag their heals on this and get onto it ASAP.

We have just come back from Condado and heard that the course is now scheduled to be opened in October - the full 18 holes, and the driving range will be October too.  There will be a temporary clubhouse build in time for the course opening.  Not sure when the actual one will be built but it is going in between the gap of blocks 7 & 8 Penthouses sat forward over looking the lake.
