Some intresting photos IE the bill board with the headlines Town centre comming soon if this is correct I think it will be the first polaris resort that have had the town centre built before all the propertys have been finished but hey we live in hope  .

Did you have a chance to speak to any sales staff on site have heard the next phase (phase 2 ) will start to be built around april 09 when the work force from mar menor 2  will be moved ontoTerrazas with completion of  that phase around late summer 2010 .Have you bought on phase 1 and where you happy with every think thats been completed so far IE apartment pool areas  , golf course, temporary club house  .I think with what  I have seen to- date we will end up with a resort to be proud of  but it will probably take a bit longer to complete than originally planned
