Hi does anyone knows how long does it take to get title deed from notary

Our solicitor informed us approx 3 months.

We completed in late Sept and have just been informed by solicitor that deeds and rest of paperwork are ready for collection. Obviously will depend on which notary you use, solicitor, public holidays etc but it looks like between three and four months.

I recieved an email from my solictitor on the 26th to say that they had spoken to the registry office in Alhama and that the purchase deed should be ready to send to them this week.

We completed at the end of November and our solicitor informed us last week that our deeds were ready for collection.  They will now do the final account and they say we will have a refund...........Which is nice
