OVP - As you do not communicate well, we have no choice but to use these forums to talk with other investors, you then try and close down the forums. Surely you dont have anything to hide?!

We have no choice but to doubt everything you say, as you have still not answered the main question -

WHERE IS OUR MONEY FROM EBCC??

SUCH A SIMPLE QUESTION TO ANSWER YET YOU STILL CANNOT TELL THE TRUTH OF WHERE THE MONEY IS. IF YOU DO NOT ANSWER THEN WE HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO THINK THE MONEY HAS BEEN STOLEN OR LAUNDERED. EVEN THE GOVERNMENT ARE SHOWING CONCERN.

PLEASE JUST COMMUNICATE AND TELL THE TRUTH, MAYBE THIS MESS CAN BE SORTED.

I would ask everyone watching this site and effected by OVP re EBCC to register your complaint to Neil Richards and he will respond in due course. There will be a lot of investigating to do. Unfortunately this will take some time. If you register your complaint at least the police will know the scale of the problem. There is also alot of other things the police are unaware of.  There is alot of people in the UK and Ireland effected. Hopefully at some stage there will be a unit set up to investigate this. Also if you make a complaint it will be assigned a case number and the police will have to investigate. Usually it will be the police force where the crime has taken place who will investigate. The Sunday Express article states they are still deciding which force will investigate.

I think there is little point going to your local police as I know some people who have done this with little response. It will either be the Staffordshire police or maybe the welsh police who investigate.

IF PRESSURE IS PUT ON OVP FROM THE POLICE THEY MAY PAY OUR MONEY BACK TO SAVE THERE SKINS

I think OVP have had enough time and have promised us our money back by instalements for approximately a year but this has not happened. They are saying this will now happen in March so therefore they will have use of this money for another year(it will probably not happen this time either). You would have to ask the question are they and the developer in cahoots with each other.

Do not be fooled by agents telling you this or that is going to happen because OVP have used them and the trust you have had in these agents to play for time. Put your thinking hat on and realise how much you have been fooled by these people myself included.

Yes i agree with everything thats been said,i am on another development again no property,ovp have had 187000,00 euros of us,and they still keep insisting that the developers have had the cash,stop lying ypu lot! you know very well the developers have not had the cash,there are to many of us on different developments with the same problem for it to be all these developers faults.

i spoke to Ben Pitt last week at this so called SBS Admin they have brainwashed him into this saga that the developers have the money,and who may i ask is paying the wages for this SBS Admin --- yes us idiots  who were also brainwashed by these cowboys.

We also have a place at Manilva Beach,we cant let it out as it has'nt been finished off properly,some of the furniture is still misssing,air-con not finished being installed,  a total ,total,nightmare,we have also had to downsize our home because of the serious problems this scum company have left us in,and Ben still insists that our contra ct was with the developer not them,they only acted as a form of estate agent,well i'm sorry  you lot at ovp you have passed the book for long enough,sort you assets out,your million pound plus homes you all have,put your children back into state schools like we have too not private,sell all your posh cars and give back the people you have robbed our money back,the police are now on your back,lawyers all over the country are on your back,you will not get away with it for much longer you are no more than a load of crooks .

You will eventually get a response we registered prior to Christmas and got a response within about a week but they have apparently had quite a lot of response and they are getting Staffordshire Police involved now, so afraid it is patience is a virtue and we all know how that feels.

Well like everyone esle I invested alot of money and I feel very stupid,but they were very good crooks.

I have made a very detailed complaint to the Police who are very intrested indeed, they beleive that it

will be sent too the Met as its a very big investigation and complexed. Now is the time to register any

complaint against O.V.P. and the key figures in the company the more that now complain the better.

I have been told by OV this week that buy back scheme will now not start until March, so i will have to live in hope for another month

I have been told by OV that there is no refund scheme but a third party investor is going to buy contracts back off original EBCC purchasers in 12 monthly installments.

I know this sounds hard to believe but i am just hoping there is some truth in this and the monies i invested are returned

mmm we haven't been told about the 'third party investor'.  Who would invest in buying contracts on EBCC when there is no future to be able to build on the site?  We understand that the owners of the land still owe their taxes so unless this 'third party investor' is also going to pay the owners taxes then the development cannot proceed.  mmm bit doom and gloom I know but that is what they have caused in trying to expand through a back door, obviously everything was going well to begin with on their other developments until they decided to go from 10 mph to 100 mph in one fell swoop which is why we are all in this position, it is no good thinking why did we do it we have to find a way forward and we are not so sure about this 'third party investor' but we do agree we have to live in hope.

We remember when we first met our contact on buying abroad we were asked 'do you want personal use or investment' one of us said personal with some rental potential the other said investment we now wish we had said personal and we would definitely not be in this position now but as we said previously you can't go backwards you have to think of a way forward and at the moment we are doing nothing but 'think' we are sick of it taking over our lives at the moment.

Enough rambling on just good luck to anyone who can get any money back the only thing we would ask is send us a PM on how you have done it please.

I was going to PM you but hopefully my question is of benefit to everyone on this forum.

1 There is people effected by this in the UK and Ireland. I was told initally by police that you had to complain locally to CID and in turn it may then be passed to the fraud unit. However is it now better to contact the economic crime unit at staffordshire or do you need to contact both?

Your help would be greatly apppreciated.
