Long Term Lets/ Long Term Problems?

Can anyone tell me why after 13 months from the date of my reservation has this site not started and the builder HDA golf a so called GOOD, HONEST, PROFFESSIONAL BUILDER! not progressed the deal further although he has put up the price up to future clients by an average 45% is he going to renage on the deal! to re sell at higher prices! This development is owned by Hacienda de Alamo can they be trusted! Not a word from them in 13 months is this good pratice is this a company you would want to buy through.

   We have also a villa here and have been out a few times to see what's going on, The roads are beeing done along with all the underground work before they start to build i think. The show villas now have a road to them not the dirt trak and the club house is also completed. We also paid a visit to the office in the golf complex and meet the manager who has also got a villa next to ours. As far as we know they are awating the goahead to build (or more likley untill they are all sold on phase 1) On the web site is a free phone number 0800 0816047 form the UK.

Hello Molloyp

Many buildings now in the process of being erected. They have started on the ones nearest the entrance if that is any help to anyone. We live a few minutes away and pass fairly regularly when we visit Las Palas. HDA had an open day a couple of months ago but couldn´t go and be nosy as we were busy. Was told that things lare ooking good by someone who did make it.
