snagging companies

Would anyone recommend a good snagging company

We used Emma and Trevor from snagitmurcia ( http://www.snagitmurcia.com/ ).  On the initial visit Trevor did a very good job and found a lots of little faults that I would probably missed,  the 30 days has only just finished so hopefully they will now earn thier money checking everything and making sure it's all been done correctly.

We too have used Snaggit Murcia.

The photo`s and details of everything that needed  rectifying  was  excelent.

We have also just completed the 30 days that Polaris is given to put things right so am hoping its good news .

One thing they couldnt check was the boiler & anything relevant to the need for electricity.

We were under the impresion by our Solicitor that all Utilities were on ,but it must have been builders supply.

So that was some thing we have had the time to  get sorted out  E

Emma has assured me that once everythng is on they will go back & Check for us.

Emma is a lovely lady . I cant recomend them highly enough.
