If the rumours that Beachside is closed and some owners have lost incomes it is another nail in the coffin for the reputable agents here on the coast.
I have been contacted by a few owners now, who wished to discuss alternative property management.
There is a great need for consistant rental stock,managed correctly, correctly priced and correctly contracted.
Working in a Rental and Management company (spanish owned for 20 years) i have seen mostly good practices only, the arms length owner needs to have a reputable agent who proves the trust and honesty with actions not words.
I find it so frustrating.....however due to the "crisis" more of the less than honest will dissappear..
